Well after my Efusion DNA200 taking a wee wobbly a couple of weeks ago, which ended up with a goosed battery pack it was proving difficult to find a replacement. I had spoken to Rob at Vape Geek via email to see if he could source one for me, as even they were out of stock at the time. I was happy as a pig in **** When I recieved an email from Vape Geek stating they had sourced one , I promptly paid and recieved a shipped notification within the hour! Bloody fantastic job, and imo a great vendor that takes the time to keep the customer happy Well done guys.

Another great transaction and service from Vape Geek, some of our vendors in the vaping fraternity could certainly teach other retailers a thing or two in how customer care is done well.
