I went into my Doctors surgery today and there is a huge 7ft high banner saying stop smoking with the help of e-cigs!! Shame they are so late to the party!!!

better late than never, and at least after looking at evidence (rather than listening to rhetoric surrounding it) they (the NHS) made the right conclusion regardless of dodgy summaries or outlandish publication statements made by various lead authors ....
