Unfortunately, and very sadly today, there has been a racer fatality during the third lap of the Supertwins race... the rest of the races have been cancelled.

very sad day for the nw200 i so miss my trips over to watch this portrush ahh some very happy memories of my trips one of the friendliest places to be during race time everybody is made so welcome by the locals this incident will leave a dark cloud on the event so sad for the family its not an event for the faint hearted i wish we had the attitude of the irish over here for motorsport it was exactly the same when i was rallying wexford also left me with some good memories thinking about it i love ireland everytime iv been i didnt want to leave
