Oldie is me - been puffing away for 5 years - now getting light headed when chain vaping
Don't know what % PG/VG am on - mix is 18ml PG/14ml VG/1ml vodka/0.2ml (72mg/ml base) and 0.6ml flavour - vaping single coil, kayfun lite plus v2 cos I like it
I want to keep vaping for a while yet but this chain vaping is not good for me
Any ideas?
MTL or something else?

That mix that you've posted is only 0.4mg/ml (0.04%) nicotine @johanino (maybe why you're chain vaping ??) and only 1.8% flavour If your nicotine is PG based the ratio is nominally around 56%PG/44%VG [ETA] - As @spikeyfridge suggests.... are you getting enough fluids if chain vaping?

Drinking plenty of fluids. Not eating properly that's for sure. Kind of sporadic and not my usual healthy mix. Lots of yoghurt with honey, little cheese, odd bit of cake - one sandwich a day - 2-3 bowls of porridge with 1 tbsp brown sugar - anything after about 4pm kind of gets forgotten in the great ether Chain smoked the stinkies hence chain vape:).. Like it. Been on this mix since about february? Don't think it's the mix Any ideas now?

Change the 4pm to 6pm. That early is still lunch time, just about. Diet looks ok to me, calcium, protein, carbs and fibre. Sleeping enough or too much, too little? Some flavours make me spin out but only a drastic change from one to another. I'm on custard recently but if I switch to say RY whatever, I have a bout or two of giddiness I'm on 6mg

Could be though I still chain it in the evening BUT I also take deep breaths of air in between sometimes. It you're worried, mention it to your doctor when you see them. Could be, off the top of my head, a lack of oxygen but I've no medical knowledge so don't go on what I say. I'm just guessing. (Last night, youngest bounced off the wall with his head and had a bag of frozen sweetcorn on the bump for 10 mins. That's about as far as my expertise goes )

I don't know @johanino , if you've been vaping that mix for a few months, it seems unlikely that would be the cause. The light headedness from chain vaping usually is too much nicotine or dehydration, but I do NOT believe that is the likely culprit in your 0 .4mg/ml case. (Almost homeopathic levels! ). As said, if you are concerned, mention to your doctor sometime.

I did wonder if it could be the opposite to lack of oxygen? Could potentially be hyperventilating if you're sat there taking long draws for an hour at a time?

I don't normally take deep breaths when vaping - not like when I smoked Just back from fasting bloods at GPs - that was making me dizzy so I wonder if it's a combo of chain vaping and lack of food (which 3 tbsps of yoghurt and honey won't fix!!!) and I hadn't vaped much before I left for bloods - sos breakfast (£3) in town after - only now getting my first coffee LOL But this the day before the zombie apocalypse - as proven by seeing my psych walking to work after bloods -

Could well be lack of food..... you didn't mention 3 tbsps was the quantity of yogurt that you were consuming! Are you feeling any better after a good breakfast?

Just wondering Postmodern Smoking and @spikeyfridge if lightheaded feeling could be related to bad cold have had about a week? Don't know - is that a possibility?

If you have a bad cold it's quite likely you have a chest infection as well or at least restricted airways. This will mean your body is not getting enough oxygen hence the feeling of light-headiness. Also I am concerned that you are not eating enough. Remember a good balanced diet is better than fasting for long term manageable weight loss or to maintain a weight level. Also the old addage "starve a fever, feed a cold" is what I'd recommend. Get some carbs in you Girl! a good start is a wholemeal bread sandwhich with ham and salad or subsitute the ham with something else if you like. Plus a nice big mug of soup, either home made or one of the chunky types. This will give your boody the nutrients it needs to be able to fight your cold. Take car of yourself.
