Viglink messing me about again

Hi all, is anyone else experiencing the problem I'm getting with Viglink. It now won't let me click on any links in the posts, whether internal proboards pages, or external sites whether British or abroad. Also the FTC disclosure wont work as it's Viglink, so I can't go in and disable it. Any link I click on comes up with the "Waiting for api.viglink.com" in the tab and just sits there. This has been getting progressively worse for some time. Could somebody contact Proboards to find out what I should do

Hi sydsut I'm not having this problem at all & I've checked on Proboard Support & it doesn't look like anyone else is either.

sydsut from your opening post, it looks like it isn't just links in Proboard forums that you are having the problem with?

Well I cut and pasted the above link direct and it goes to the viglink page but when I try to disable it won't let me.

Phooey,
Can you start your browser in "safe mode" or with NO extensions/add-ons enabled?
That might allow you to click the link or to remove the troublesome "feature".
I have seen some "free stuff" on the web that claims to solve this issue...
I prefer to try it "inhouse" (remove/disable BHOs or uninstall in control panel ) first before inviting another strange program to join the party.

Well, so far I've tried Edge, crap. Chrome Crap. And recently reset IE so that all my settings were wiped out and so far I can get most of the links to work but still not Fasttech and some other Chinese sites. Still unable to Disable Viglink in any browser so feel it is something related to my account. But at least I can watch videos etc.

In that case, it is nothing to do with Proboards.

As izan says, have you tried setting your browser to safe/Private Browsing mode ?

Well it appears to have cleared itself, all links working and no sign of viglink anywhere. all for the suggestions and help.
