I have some Cap Danish Swirl and Apple Pie and was thinking about using the KK recipe to as a basis to mix. Having never used these two flavours before I was wondering at what % you would mix. Do I just replace the NY cheesecake and the Vanilla with these flavours, or something else?
Thanks
Nick

Don't replace.....add.....otherwise it's not going to be the same Kustard. It needs the NYC and the Vanilla
If you want to add both.....add the Danish Swirl at 2% and the Apple Pie at 3% or 4%
