The story is you open a ticket to get a refund. The mod as it is just now, is useless.

OK, I have opened a ticket,now we wait.
Is it not fixable? At all?
Maybe I should contact SMY and ask if they will update the firmware.
Should be a fairly easy fix I would imagine.
I knew it was too good to be true, A good looking, solid mod that works for such a low price...

As far as I know there is no firmware upgrade and the problem is non fixable.

Its all good. Got a message from "Ellie" today, offering a full refund.
Happy times.
Would love to find a way of fixing it.
Anybody know of a mod comparable in price and quality that actually works?
