Nope its not good enough. Will phone them monday and see what they will do about it I'm pretty sure they will sort you out when you phone them. However, as I've said before, they really do need to sort out the issues with e-mails.

Well... im no longer a customer of myepack.co.uk.
I have sent several emails...trying phoning way too many times and yet no answer. (At all times of day).
I had heard of their poor customer service before yet i had never had a problem. Until now. With the choice we now have of vendors this is no loss to me atall.
Just a warning people.
Think i shall use @evs now instead.

As a small business owner I can fully understand their lack of email response.
Despite having numerous spam filters etc my mailbox is bombarded on an hourly basis and it has been known for a genuine email to either slip through the net or inadvertently get (automatically) moved to the junk folder.
Email has been the victim of it's own success and is now probably the worst way for a customer to contact me
Ash (myepack) is a genuine guy who runs a small business with very few (if any) staff, has he got an answerphone or is he just not answering? if he has a message service are you using it? again I have plenty of customers who hang up when our answerphone kicks in, they dont seem to understand that I'm not answering because I'm BUSY, if they leave a message I call them back.... simples

I appreciate running a business must be hard and busy at times. But keeping customers happy is priority. Its been a weeks worth of trying my end. I think that beyond what i should have to do. If they cant cope then maybe employ someone to help out with customer service. Simples

A couple of years ago the levels of service from the vendors in the young vaping business was legendary and better than any other industry I have ever been involved with. Now 2 years later we have many more vapers and much more business for the vendors, this is probably why the levels of customer service have dropped noticeably and complacency has developed in the same way that we have seen in other, longer established industries.

Your example of poor C.S. is one of many.
