One of the main problems with this argument is that the TPD is more than just e-cigs, e-cigs is only Article 20, and that is what needs killing/repealing not the whole of the TPD 90% of which is about tobacco/cigarettes and do we really want that part killing off as well...because that is Labour/ASH's problem, they don't

So what would be a better option is for Article 20 to be removed from the TPD altogether, that is what we should be fighting for...

I'm guessing that our Tweets might be too specific for a general public audience, considering there's been little mass media coverage of the TPD or the Lord's fatal motion.
But fingers are still crossed.... from what I can see there have been comparatively a lot of tweets regarding it.
