...(prepare for something weird).... Although vaping makes your mouth dry, it doesn't actually dehydrate you very much. I guzzled down mahoosive iced drinks in the early days. These days I barely notice. I read the science once (about it) and it's enough to make you feel dehydrated even if you're not. Regardless, we should all drink more than we do..... and waste our lives away spending a penny.....

Perpetua , vodka? Really? I've seen that as an ingredient but didn't know it was actually used. Vodka isn't something I have kicking around as I'm a whisky type of guy . Distilled water - the stuff I could buy at a car shop? Will look into this. Thanks. Yes, really proper Vodka BeOne - doesn't have to be top drawer. Some people also use it for a little extra throat hit in their eliquid. Probably not the stuff from the likes of Halfords as that tends to be de-ionized I think? Don't do cars other than potter around in one and put petrol in it! Purified Water from a chemists is the best thing to look for . . . .

Purified Water from a chemists is the best thing to look for . . . . He he, I was thinking that kinda car battery water. Will try the chemist instead djs. I've read something similar in that VG can absorb around 4% (don't quote me on that figure) of its weight in water so if you use 10ml a day you'd only be losing around 0.4ml of water. Certainly not enough to dehydrate you but certainly enough to give you a dry mouth. As you say though water is good for us and we don't drink enough of it. A small bit of salt in it (rock salt as used in homemade electrolyte) helps the body retain water and reduces those wee breaks
