DIY Mixing great supplier

I have a question though regarding their flavourings.

Flavouring drops are premium quality water soluble intense flavours which provide a exceptionally efficient method of adding flavour. Because Flavouring Drops are highly concentrated they can be used sparingly - 1-2 ml is ample to flavour approx 1 litre of base liquid. The drops come in a glass bottle with pipette for easy use and measuring - 8-9 drops would be 1 ml.

Does this mean that they are stronger than the stuff we normally buy as they are not suspended in a PG or VG base?

Thinking about one of these , seem like a brilliant idea especially as friends are now starting to ask me for liquids knowing i'm making my own. Will let me get them out quicker, especially the pudding ones.
