Hi bidi and welcome you are in good hands here and the important thing is you have opened your mind to a healthy alternative I wish you every success with vaping and don't beat yourself up if a cig finds its way into your hands but if you like it then I would advise 2 batteries of whatever kind in my first week with an e lite I had 2 cigs but only because the battery died ! it's a big subject so don't be afraid to ask
