Ez Duz It Clone Ideas?

Hi all,

When I first got my mod I was given a bottle of Ez Duz It by Ruthless which was delicious. So delicious we destroyed it in a couple of days. However, at the price of a 30ml bottle it isn't viable to buy constantly and therefore probably won't be buying it again.

I was wondering whether anyone has tried to clone this and has the recipe so I can get it cloned myself? Not looking to buy it just wondering whether anyone has a recipe that resembles it? For those who haven't tried it it's a kinda sweet strawberry and watermelon.

I've searched the internet and the closest I can find is this:

I've asked someone local to clone this but even the author says 'it's not quite there'.

I tried the original about a year ago and I must admit it was nice (just had a taster at a vape shop), thought about cloning it then but never got around to it.

Yeah I've seen that one before Postmodern Smoking but it's the wrong one. It's named incorrectly as that's the one with koolada in so it's really Ez Duz It on Ice. I'm not too keen on menthol flavours.

I tried the one Postmodern Smoking listed and it was ok but wasn't as good as the original.

How'd you get on with this Q?

My latest attempt, and I made 100ml because I enjoy it, is:

made as a 50/50

Sweet Watermelon - CAP 4%
Sweet Strawberry - CAP 4%
Strawberry Ripe - TPA 4%
Raspberry - CAP 3%
Cactus - Inawera - 1%

Then 6 drops of EM.

Something's missing though but don't quite know what. I've let this steep for around 5 days now.

A question I have is when I vape it in my Protank 4 with a 1.2 ohm it is delicious but when I vape in the iSub with 0.5 it's flat. Why is this and how do you make it delicious in both setups. What trick am I unaware of?

Thanks for that joeten, I have seen the ones on that site before but I don't like menthols so I'm not convinced by those recipes since they have creme de menthe in it - although as you stated that's for the 'On Ice' version.

I used koolada in one of my first attempts and discovered that it gives me horrible heartburn so I don't think that's in it either.

I may give the second one a go but I don't remember any kiwi flavour when I vaped it before and I would need to order marshmallow.

I'm not looking for perfection and the one I've made tastes good and close.

I'm still working on it, my biggest problem is remembering what the original tasted like

Latest batch is

Sweet Strawberry (CAP)	8%
Watermelon Wow (RBR)	5%
Marshmallow (TFA)	1%
Ecto Cooler (FW)	2%

Not sure how close it is to the original but I'm rather liking it
