Hi all! My beloved Ipv D2 seems to died. The screen shows "SX130H V3.OA". It does not fire regardless of how many button combinations I press. If I remove the battery sometimes it works for a while or shows the same or auto-fire I made a research and it seems it happened with other people as well. They say the power button is sticking somehow but it is still clicks and feel like everything all right
If anyone have a solution for my trouble please share it. I love this mod and I do not want to drop it to the bin. Regards pancser

Definitely sounds like a sticking microswitch even though it's still sounding clicky. Try walloping it a couple of times. Failing that a quick strip down and a clean with isopropyl might cure it as it may be gunked up and it's arcing across.

That's the message you get if you hold the fire button down when changing battery to check the authenticity of the board, so it would seem that the switch is stuck down. Worth a strip down and a clean

I've had exactly that problem.
Remove the battery and the 2 2mm hex bolts and the device can be wiggled apart so you have access to the board and switches. I used a hairdryer to give it a good blast then reassemble. It's been fine since (about 3 weeks now)

Worth a strip down and a clean Yep I tired it as far as I could go. I moved the 2hexagon screw and cleaned as much as could. But under that cover everything are melted together and I could not move anything. I really do not know what to do I am not a mechanician

Just an update My Ipv D2 is back to life. I ordered some isopropyl alcohol from amazon and I drop some to the microswich with a syringe. I let it dry out for couple of hours and it works like a new Thanks everyone
