So with you guys on sticking closer to home. Last year I discovered York and Newcastle - completely different but so good for me  and they speak English and have music shops (for sheet music)  I hope you did the cat trail whilst in York  I didn't - will have to put on my bucket list Q Have a fab 5 star youth hostel though just out of town at Water End!  which even has an ice cream vending machine - nom nom |
