1 litre of pg or vg... £5

What? These guys are selling PG and VG "pharmaceutical grade, suitable for vaping" at a price of £5.50 including p&p. That's even cheaper than Boots value glycerin (they've hoiked the price up in the shops to £2.29 for 200ml, just been to a Boots to restock)! Anyone had dealings with them, positive or negative?

I have used both the PG and VG, no noticeable difference that I can tell, a couple of my friends I make juices for have not commented on the change, all concentrates have remained consistent also.

I bought some nicotine base and PG & VG off of them a couple of months ago, unfortunately their service was shocking. The despatch was delayed and when it did not arrive I called them which took 2 or 3 attempts. I was told they would send the PG & VG but would have to wait for the nicotine. Nothing arrived, so on the phone again to be told my order had been despatched. Nothing arrived so back onto them again and finally got my order about a month late.

I had a similar experience, but was eventually told they would not be doing nicotine now
Also not once was there a apology, I got a refund and the whole thing took about a month
So I won't using them again.

These guys www.lubrisolve.com do a litre of PG for £3.70 and VG for less, but their shipping costs seem quite high. I have never used them but I believe some members have been happy

From Darrant Chemicals, I have had a good first delivery back in Feb but this time i ordered 10 ltr of VG and 5 of pg came in at £29 inc delivery. ordered on the 3/7/16 after 3 days of calls it got delivered on 14/7/16 (yesterday) it did have the date stamped as the 4 but hermes was delivering and held it in their depot for over a week he did chase it for me though.

the downside is i was short changed on the VG by 200 ml in each of the 5 ltr containers so am approx 600 ml down, I measured as I decanted into other containers using kitchen measuring jug so even if that wasn't exact i estimate at least 500 ml out.

I will have to work out the cost of the loss and if its cost effective elsewhere before I order from them again.

the only saving grace was he did answer phone every time I called and checked with the delivery company on my behalf while i waited

It was what sounded like a young lady who answered my calls, don't think she really cared all that much, I should have added in my first post that Hermes damaged the order and I was told they would send another, I think Hermes is a big problem in this situation as they have been known to wait until they have a full load before shipping to other areas. It would do Darrant a lot of good to get another service.

I buy my vg and pg from vapours r us. 5 or 6 quid a litre with free shipping. Their concentrates aren't great but the vg and pg are fine
