Good afternoon each!
Happy Saturday!
I bumped in to a guy in a B&M vaping shop last week. He had a temperature controlled "mini mod" "thing". - he very kindly let me have a try and the flavour and clouds were pretty spectacular.
Can I remember the name of it? Of course not.....
Could I please ask for recommendations for mini-mods from other users?
Requirements -
1) Small, hand held 2) Would like to try temperature control 3) (Most important) Absolutely idiot-proof to use 4) Decent coil life and very easy to change/buy from a shop. 5) Decent battery life would be great - built in or changable
Ideally looking to pay up to £40 (from UK only) - had a look on the Brighton vapeshop website - ran the models through the interweb for reviews and they all seemed pretty good....
Thank you, as always.
Andy

There are so many great little mods on the market nowadays, was it like any of these? As far as clouds and flavour go, its very much about the atomiser/tank, whereas the battery or mod is just about the power.. all the four I have there are built in batteries, which makes them 'throwaway' to some degree as battery life will probably be a year? but the way the market goes - and how reasonably priced they are, its buttons! The 1st mod is temperature control, but all are 40 watts mods with about 1400mah which isnt massive amounts of power but I rarely vape over 30 watts and on these small built in batteries I try to stay around 20watts to get an 'out and about' day from them

Hi Pepperty,
I am pretty certain it looked like the pink one, second from the right.
Best wishes,
Andy

That model is an sbody elfin, it has a evolve chip and is 40 watts, and will do temperature control but nichrome (not stainless steel) and its best with 20mm atomisers as 22mm overhang a little? (which is why I use with subtank nano as I prefer it to fit flush) That model comes in black, red and pink and can be bought from fasttech (China) for around £30 (I have seen a white model but its not available on fasttech)

The pico kit is very good and i have been looking at the target mini kit it looks a nice size might be worth a shot.
