Lovely thread Queenie It is interesting though the contrast between this forum & the Giving Up Smoking Thread on MSE - that seems to be mainly full of people struggling & going through pergatory  You are not wrong there Chrissie, I'm just waiting for the sackcloth & ashes to make an appearance  Perhaps I should just have a look at that Allan Carr book and find the chapter saying that when you give up the nasties you have to make life hell for everyone who has a different method for stopping cigarettes to you  |
