Well, I had a question about one of their e-liquid flavours, so I sent them an email. No answer after 2 days, when I then used their contact form. Three days later I received an email. Now usually when vendors don't respond within a reasonable timeframe, I don't do business with them. However, I decided to order one bottle to try as a sample. That was on the 20th of this month, and I received an email from Paypal on the 21st to say it has been sent.

I'm still waiting. I contacted them again using their contact form to ask about the sent item, to which they haven't replied (yet). According to their delivery page:

We will always send out your order within 2 working days. Due to the high demand of our products slight delays may occur. All orders will be shipped 1st class Royal Mail, this can take 2 - 4 days delivery. If you have not received your order within 10 days please contact us at bestcigliquid.

10 Days? I know Royal Mail can be slow, but even 2nd class usually gets delivered quicker than that.

Was advised by friend that delivery may be slow - its always been within in a week though. Received a 120ml bottle that was not what I ordered. Persisted with customer service and the bottle was replaced promptly. I recommend BCL to vaping friends with the caveat that a little patience is worthwhile.

Hi, yeah - new to forum. Ex-smoker, vaping about 3 years now. Quit the stinkies 18 months ago. Still seeking the ideal tank; a huge reservoir, top loading, suitable for mouth to lung, fitting in a discrete cage mod that would have huge replaceable battery capacity. Making do with smoantk knight and triton2, using 1.8ohm coils for 70/30 pg/vg mix.
BCL are supplying this mix at a good price whereas others I have seen won't supply much less than a 50% VG mix. I'm budget driven so open to pointers to other suppliers.
With a mind to budget, my future doubtless entails DIY mixes coils.
