I hope that you're feeling a bit better now Die5el since having your 'upgrade' and stents! Take it easy... and good to see you back.

Glad you're ok mate. Just out of curiosity why the no vaping? Please for the love of God don't take this as me arguing that you should be vaping i'm just curious about the medical reason. I would assume the reason would be to keep you away from unnecessary stimulants and putting stress on the old ticker but then why stick you on the patches and deliver the nic anyway?
Genuine curiosity.

Welcome back Die5el sorry to hear you've been so unwell, hope everything is on the mend now - do take things easy! As far as vaping goes, that's a subject to discuss with your cardiologist, do let us know how that goes and whats for the best. I had read that as nicotine is a stimulant it isn't recommended after a heart attack but I'm not very clued up, I wonder is nicotine free vaping is acceptable? But if you are being prescribed nicotine patches I cant really see what the difference is in terms of what form of nicotine replacement so does that also mean that coffee is a no-no?
