Dear valued customers,

Due to the failure of nearby power substation, there is a power outages in FastTech China office and all the services will be suspended for one day.

Limited Customer Service in Forum and priority tickets will still be available. The FastTech site will remain operative during this time and orders can be placed or edited as usual.

All the services will be available on Thursday Morning, August 11,2016 (Hong Kong time). Packaging and shipping process will be delayed for one day and the packages which scheduled to be shipped on August 10, 2016 will require 1 extra day for processing.

We apologize for the delay and FastTech will endeavour to dispatch all orders once service resumed.
