love it and why I wants a 3d printer why not try diff size batts as some of the 18350 do go surprisingly low and the 18500s lower but do some research 1st to check you can run the ohms you want 1st maybe put an angle on the free top corner and fit the fire button on it so its at a good angle for yer thumb a bit like the rig and tesla 100watt stealth mods stupid idear number 2894(vapeing related) had many many more than that wounder what 2 18350 would be like in a coppervape squonk mod lol

Thanks for your input naDiel I'm still learning how to use the printer, as the subject is "prototype" that's exactly what it is. Any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated. Still trying to fit everything inside and making it as small as I can. Thanks again To be honest mate everyone needs to start somewhere and from what I see you are off to a good start anyway And touching on the edges - if the printer is not able to make them a bit more round, why not take some sanding paper to them? Just make sure you have plenty of material, so you don't sand through! This is what I'm going to try next naDielThe printer is capable of doing all you've suggested but it's finding a way to do it in the software. Learning how to use the design software is taking a little time.

Hopefully one day I can get something near perfect, all these ideas are putting all sorts of thoughts through my head. Non of your ideas are stupid, seem good to me Possibly use Lipo's but I wanted to use replaceable batteries, I don't like the idea of a USB charge port. It ties the thing up when recharging.

It ties the thing up when recharging. You could always build 2! I'll go and get my hat. Jim

I'm attempting a trial print of this. Seems a better design than the mkI. I will be using Big Al's Side Mount 6S PWM Board from Modmaker.
