Just started making this on my 3d printer. Printing door as I type Dual 18650 with Big Al's sled PWM board and Mod Makers ModMeter v1 display eventually. It's a bit deep but will be adjusting it when I Know what I'm doing.

Not over happy with the door so will be making some changes.
The one I've done for a first try is way too deep(35mm), can reduce that by 10mm, possibly put the display behind the battery sled so could reduce the width a little.
The problem I'm having is fitting everything in and keeping it neat and tidy with a two battery set up
ie. batteries, display, fire button, Pot and juice bottle.
Now I've made the first draft I have a better idea of the space available.

Finally a working model. Need to find a way to radius all the edges so it's more comfortable in the hand though. [/ur]

Thanks VapingBad, it works very well for a first attempt at a squonker, a couple of burns from my very cheap soldering iron too. icon_shoppingm Still plenty of room for improvement.

Job well done crystal! Personally I would move the squonk bottle behind the battery sled to minimize the wiring going past the squonk pin. Other than that I need to get my hands on a 3d printer as well!

Any suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated. Still trying to fit everything inside and making it as small as I can. Thanks again

Thanks again To be honest mate everyone needs to start somewhere and from what I see you are off to a good start anyway And touching on the edges - if the printer is not able to make them a bit more round, why not take some sanding paper to them? Just make sure you have plenty of material, so you don't sand through!
