Would you like to see Digbys do concentrates?

I suspect most "small ready-made juice companies" will be going out of business very shortly and the ones that don't will be rationalising their range of juices to strictly the most popular flavours.

Offering one-shots (at a premium to the cost of the individual concentrates), while preserving their recipe as an asset, seems the sensible decision for most of them.

The really hard part for many smaller companies will be getting the other 95% of main stream vapers who have never heard of TPD or DIY to take up one shot splash and dash mixing.
Companies will need to start actively encouraging the new way of doing things in order to avoid a sudden shook.
Customers confronted out of the blue with "sorry sir/madam we don't stock that e-liquid anymore BUT we can offer it as a concentrate" are far more likely to utter the words "f that" and walk out of the shop with a similar looking bottle of Approved TPD ready made e-liquid rather than dive in and start DIY mixing on the spot.

I'd buy it, I'm the same as most others here that have said yes...rarely buy pre-mixed anymore due to the crazy prices, & likewise i think more will start selling one shots soon.
