It's been 7 weeks since I quit the cigs and I'm feeling pretty chuffed with myself  I won't say it's been a breeze but not as bad as I feared it would be. I have had a few cravings but all in all I haven't really missed it. |

Damn tootin you should feel chuffed. Stick with it, it gets easier. Even after 4 odd years I get a craving for a ciggie, usually on rainy days for some reason  Soon passes. Here's to your next 7 weeks  |

arieskaz - well done, I'm coming up to 4 years and I can confidently say that I won't ever touch a cigarette again. Vaping all the way for me, and I'm down to 2mg juice, and considering going down to 1mg for my next mixes! Sure, just occasionally I'll smell a pipe or ciggie and think 'ah, that smells lovely', but then I remember how my fingers, clothes and breath would smell afterwards, and go back to my tank and juice instead! Keep it up, it just goes on getting easier all the time
