FT rebate points

Looked at my rebate points and I'm about 1.20 short of getting the required 10

So close, yet so far

Good news is, they are on top of approving reviews now

Running out of gear to review

Reviews of the same product twice don't work, did that by mistake

Ive got 9.01 with 2.30 pending but a 2 month wait.
Ive a bomb load of stuff I could review tho.

Time to start taking naff pictures for the 0.10 rewards

Picture reviews are fun, it take a lot of page refreshes to get the upload page to show
Then your limited on the size of the image you can add, something like 1mb

Even a blind man would find the pictures I added as bad

I do believe I am close to a £10 credit. Not really checked it out. Maybe I can get over the finishing line with some reviews?

I'm onto my second account due to relocating to the UK last year and email address change etc and no easy way of changing the details in the account

The forum used to be like the wild west a year or so back

Its taken the FT staff a lot of hard work to get it back under control

Yes indeed it was, that's the reason I've always avoided it. I'd been involved in a few forums prior to this one,  that were.. shall we say less civilised.

No, I blagged my points on there already

I posted the link to where I blagged them, after I asked to have them turned into a voucher

Thought it only fair to help out others in a similar situation

What I intend to do is fire my points I get from reviews and picture reviews back at the person on there who helped me out

Still got 4 reviews and 9 pictures pending approval

Lee is there a mechanism to transfer points between members? I thought they weren't transferable

sydsut Rebate points can be passed on in posts on the FT forum, gift certificates cant be transfered

If you have spare points, you can pass them on
If you look at a persons posts you will see "quote/reply + kudos + tips"
Kudos is similar to a like button
tips is how you share points. You click on a persons post, on the tips button, then choose how many points to give them

If you have a gift certificate, you can not transfer those
From memory, there was a lot of fraud related to the gift certificates
At the time, people could use paypal without a paypal account, buy gift certificates etc

The gift certificates you make from your points, have a 3 month life
Points used to keep on accumulating, but a year or two back, then they changed them to only last a year from the date they were added
