Tom you have confused me ( it's easy to do lol ) Apologies. KFL FTW translated... The Kayfun Lite atomiser is still my favourite MTL type vape. 6 wraps of 26awg, 12 watts... one 18650 all day and about 3-4 refills. I love it, it is old but is still to be beaten in terms of MTL for me.

I wouldn't say it's backwards because others could be like me wanting to cut juice consumption down or go back to MTL and the nautilus is supposed to be a good little tank for MTL with faf free stock coils, the nautilus just isn't for me tho. I don't think you gave that coil in the tank to bed in mate, they are an excellent tank, you need to run a tank of juice through it to get the best out of it, give it another go Mark. I have just traded a Theorem for one.

Haha I had to google FTW and that confused me even more lol.
I used to have the original kayfun when all we had was silica and it was a good tank but it would wee and that along with the little screw fill port really wound me up, but as you say Tom it was a nice vape.

minime My nautilus stock coils take a good tank or two to bed in and then last for around 2 weeks, I have one permanently for the car with RA in it and when I change the coil the taste isn't that good for at least a tank and a half and RA is a pretty strong vape so you'd think it would hit instantly but it doesn't. Love my nautilus tanks for ease of use, no leaks ever. I only use stock coils for the tank with Red Astaire though, my other nautilus tanks are run with some recoiled heads from smifee on here down to around 1.4 and wicked with tape, they are much better for heavy & sweeter mixes I find and the airflow is different with the recoiled ones.

Don't log in very often these days so just seen this tag.
Still recoiling the nautilus coil heads but the rubber grommets cause flooding when the coil legs burn into them.
I'm having the grommets made in silicon and should get a couple to test next month.
If they are successful TJ I'll recoil yours with the silicon grommets.
