I'm off to a wedding this weekend, travelling from Redruth in Cornwall to Harlow in Essex, by train, and I wanted something small and discreet that would fit a suit jacket pocket and have a good battery life. I popped in to see Kenny at cornishliquids and bought a blue Teslacigs Three. It's a hugely dinky little mod, fitting into the palm of my hand easily. The fire bar is on the side of the mod, and has a good positive movement so you know you have fired (apart from the obligatory blue LEDs lighting up; these also serve as a battery life indicator). There is no screen, therefore no up/down buttons, just the fire bar. The power to this mighty atom comes from twin LIPO batteries, giving a ginormous 5,000maH from a distinctly small mod. I have charged it right up, and will use it until the LEDs go out tomorrow to gauge the battery life, which should be impressive for such a diminutive device. No screen, you say? How do you adjust the power?, I hear you cry! Well, the short answer is that you don't/can't, relying instead on the mod's built-in sensor which provides the best power setting for the resistance it detects. Now, I agree with you dear reader, that I want some sort of control over the wattage. However, to my surprise, it seems to deliver a good amount of power no matter what I put on top, from .6ohm right down to .015ohm. The best news however is not the mod, but the 2.5ml top-fill dual-coil-enabled rebuildable tank which comes with it. Although the deck is not huge, and is not a Velocity deck but rather a unique design which features what I can best describe as screw-in tabs which hold the tails of your coils in place. Having said all that, the two Clapton coils which were supplied have fitted in well and are running like a dream. The top fill works easily from the outset, and the tank compliments the mod beautifully, giving a really good vape with adequate cloudage and flavour (Cornish Liquid's 'Pink Lemonade', if you are interested!). The price? - £65, which may seem a bit steep, but this mod feels solid and well built, and the enclosed tank is a real bonus. The lack of screen was off-putting to begin with, but I have vaped it all evening and rather like the small form-factor. I'll take some pictures and upload these in the morning, once I have emptied another tank of PL! Thanks for reading Andy B

I'd been looking at some of those power banks - they're very cheap now - and wondering when somebody will invent a USB mod to plug into them...

Don't forget that the 'old' MVP series also have a USB out on the bottom that can be used as a powerbank too. The battery life is fair for a small mod, and should see me through the wedding, although I will switch before the reception!!
Really pleased with the tank, it's a little belter!
Will do pictures when I get a chance.
