And finally!Bottles arrived, not the best of quality but they get the job done. Added some magnets and squonk access to the door. This works even better than Id hoped. Hits harder than any of my tubes. Ive got tiny hands, so heres a size comparison. Been my favourite build to date. Price wise came in at less than a tenner so Im a really happy cheap bast_d lol. Thanks for reading and all that.

Bravo sir bravo, I'm intrigued how you made the 510 ? Lovely project, its satisfying to Vape on something you've built from scratch .

Bravo sir bravo, I'm intrigued how you made the 510 ? Lovely project, its satisfying to Vape on something you've built from scratch . The 510s are a fairly easy fix if you already have a 510 and some copper/brass & silicon tubing. If you dont its probably cheaper to just buy a squonk 510. Any way I had a big bag of FT 510s and some 3mm copper tubing to hand so heres how I did it. Take the insert out the 510. Take all the bits out and put your silicon tubing into the plastic insert then cut it off flush. The insert will be going in the opposite way to how it goes with the regular spring loaded bits. Take a length of around 15mm of your copper pipe and put it in a drill chuck with about 3mm sticking out. You now need to flare the end, I did this with a centre punch tho anything metal with a radius or point on will do the job. Its then just a case of pushing the flared pipe through the silicon tubing. Put it back in the main stainless piece and check with a multi meter its not shorting. (Not like the picture the other way round lol) An old O ring on the bottom of your atty will stop any unwanted leakage from the air slots of the 510 flange. The pipe can be a real struggle to get it through the silicon tubing. The brass end cap will also need the hole enlarging for the 3mm pipe. A piece of 3mm x 300mm brass tubing is around £2 delivered off ebay.
