Not bad customer service. Had a problem with one of the tanks. Email sent in the evening and reply and despatch of new tank in the morning. Can't complain at that. Out of interest . . . . what was the problem skaramanga if you don't mind me asking - received mine yesterday and have just tucked them away in the Apocalypse Box for now. Thinking maybe I should study them a little closer!! It was on the black tank. I could hear it rattling when I took it out of the box. There was a ring of metal freely bouncing around inside which I think was leftover. from manufacturing. Not a big problem I suppose but as I'm a bit paranoid I won't use that tank. Interestingly the black tank comes with an Ni coil installed and a spare ti coil. The silver tank comes with a kanthal coil installed and spare Ni and ti coil.

Had a problem with one of the tanks. Email sent in the evening and reply and despatch of new tank in the morning. Can't complain at that. Got my replacement tank today. It's nice when vendors sort problems out quickly. Will sure to use them again. Well done Joyetech UK.

UPDATE. My CLR heads arrived the other day (jolly quick too from FT using e-packet)... and I love them. They are excellent. The best thing of all (discounting the dry-burn and re-wick process, yet to try) is YOU CAN SEE THE COIL when you unscrew the tank to refill. It's brilliant... no more worries about "oooh, is my atomizer getting a bit burny today?" because you can see the condition of the coil and cotton. Awesome. I thought Perpetua and skaramanga might be interested. Small news, hardly headlines, but I'm impressed.

They are great and as easy as a protank to rewick. I suppose I better stick an order in for some more...at your suggestion of course :-)

I thought Perpetua and skaramanga might be interested. Small news, hardly headlines, but I'm impressed. Mucho impressed me also djs . . . . sounds like my sort of ( basic ) re-coiling or dry burn/rewick marginal faffing! Got some heads on the way from FT - should be with me in a couple of weeks I'd think.
