Sounds like you may have an infection. I would go to your GP or back to the dentist. They should be able to sort out some pain medication.

Are you piggy backing your pain relief?
You can take paracetamol and ibuprofen at the same time
Take a dose of paracetamol, then two hours later a dose of ibuprofen

I'm not surprised. Extended periods of pain are bad. Bad toothache is right up there for bringing a person down.

It's been mentioned before - can a Doctor or your dentist prescribe some significantly stronger pain meds for you?

I think i have played the game of go away and come back if it don't get better on it's own for sodding long enough now.

My dentist i phone up get told to come down and they
will squeeze me in.
