Received parcel from China with TPD warning on sticker

So, I take it that it's the vendor (eg Gearbest) that is applying the yellow sticker

I have had these stickers a few times but only on Gearbest packages via Belgium or Netherlands post ... Never had it direct from China or via Singapore post

No, it's the intermediate destination country's postal service ie Netherlands post. The package goes via the Netherlands as opposed to going direct from China to the UK. Hope this helps

I likes stickers. I like all kinds of childish items (Scissors, glue, 3ml e-cig tanks)....

Not seen any in these parts. I did have a "made in China" gold sticker on the last packet. I stuck it on the screen of an apple computer at work.
