Welcome golflad2016No, I wouldn't buy a K4. 1. Aspire are up themselves and too expensive. 2. It's not variable power. It's also unnecessarily powerful and will be ruinous (££) on the e-liquid front. You can do better. The Cleito tank is quite good, mind you, in fairness. Depends how you want to vape. I wouldn't mind it, but I DIY my liquid.

Hi golflad2016 and welcome to the family I've just looked up the K4 and although there is nothing wrong with it you will find that you will want to upgrade it fairly soon. It really depends on how cheap you can find it

It really depends on how cheap you can find it There's plenty wrong with it at £36. That's most of the way to a Pico and Melo. Pico, Melo and battery and liquid and kitchen sink, and warranty £49.99 I'd be looking to downgrade the K4.... meh... 44 watts off the charger. No thank you. I bet UKecigstore sell K4.... yup... there's a surprise.

i mean at the moment i am using a cheap jomotech vape which isnt variable wattage on it and i am not looking for something which i am going to want to change the wattage all the time, i use vaping as something to stop me snacking on sweets etc all the time so wouldnt class me as a hardcore vaper. i can pick one up for around £32 pounds . is there any other setups which you would recommend which would do the same job or for what i want from a vape would the k4 be good enough

Welcome to the forum. I would hold off for a couple of weeks to give yourself chance to see what is available and what takes your fancy. Have a look at some of the Chinese vendors. Compare their prices to UK vendors. While you need to be patient getting stuff from China, you save a bundle. While slightly smaller tank (2ml). The Joyetech Ego AIO is a great starting vape. Pen style like the K4 but even in the UK around £10 cheaper but from Fasttech $17.99 with free shipping, so less than half the price of the K4.

I have been vaping for nearly 4 years. I love my dripper and big clouds and big flavour and as a every day use I find the k4 kit great loads of flavour big clouds. And I payed £40 for mine a few months ago and it's better than most of my kits I have spent £80 on.

I would go for something like the Pico from Eleaf, i understand you say you don't want to be messing around with power settings etc but it's optional you don't have to mess about with it. For me it's better to have an option than to not. You set it to your preferred power output and then just leave it. Keep in mind with devices like the K4 you are simply delivering to the atomiser whatever voltage is in the battery so as the battery drains the vape becomes weaker, with a regulated device however you set your power and the device will deliver that same output for the entire life of the battery's charge keeping the vape consistent. You also have the option with the Pico to use different types of coil like Nickel,Titanium and Stainless steel for temp control if you want, no option for that with the K4. The Pico also doesn't have a fixed battery it has a removable cell, there are definite advantages here in my opinion. One you don't need to wait for a couple of hours for a battery to charge like with the K4, nope if you need to go somewhere and the battery is low just throw in a fresh one and off you go then you can charge the dead one later at your leisure. Another advantage is that 18650 batteries are lots cheaper to replace, you can get 2 for a tenner even in the UK, batteries don't last forever they're only good for a certain number of charge cycles. Once the battery with the K4 is past it that's going to cost you £20+ for a like for like replacement. The Pico is the same price on this site as the K4 www.dnavapes.com/collections/kits/products/istick-pico-kitOr you could get the same kit from china for £12 less www.gearbest.com/mod-kits/pp_341144.html?wid=21Pair of batteries www.dnavapes.com/collections/external-batteries-chargers/products/set-of-18650inr-samsung-25r-batteries?variant=8271735043

I diy my liquid and the cleito has got to be one of the best tanks for it unless you use a dripper lol Partly my point. Vaping at 44 watts is not necessarily good news for golflad2016 if he's buying liquid. How expensive will liquid be by May 2018? A small fortune on a 44w device.

Well I am a heavy vaper I can use 30ml a day on a dripper easy and I only use 10ml a day in my k4 kit
