Just noticed a few referals from this forum on my webstore and decided to have a look. I enjoyed the read so signed up. My name is John and i own DigismokeUK, a small family run business.

I have a fair idea of the period in question (not a good idea to have a facebook/ebay addicted daughter answering company emails !!!) and can only apologise. If there are any unresolved issues m8 let me know.
