Not to sure if anyone on here has used the site. I bought my Wraith from them and I must say I had excellent service from them. I was given a 10ml and 15ml bottle of juice, unfortunately it was 12mg and 18mg too strong for me.
I emailed Paul at the site thanking him for the freebies and explained that it was too strong for me.
I did not hear from Paul for a few days then got an email explaining that he had been out of the office for a few days and promptly apologised for the late reply and sent me a 20% discount voucher. He also added to my profile that my preferred strength is 3mg.
In my opinion this is excellent customer service.
