Funny there does seem to be a lot of people going "i'm not vaping that" now they have sort of worked out whats in them

Well it seems he was / is very cryptic is the "book" and its not so simple to work out what he does actually use and amounts pre recipe

The 'recipes' are to make flavour bases (or bulk one-shots) that are then intended to be used at 15%.

To get ingredient percentages, enter the amount of flavouring to make (in E3) as 15ml and set column E to number format with just one decimal place.
The figures in the "ml to add" column (E) will now be the percentages to add to a juice recipe.

yep i got that sussed thanks ceedee just took a while to get my head round it all but did get there in the end

So If you use the ml for flavour base qty's, that is for a 30ml concentrate that you can then use to mix up? Cheers

yes that is to make a base concentrate then use that at 15% ,well that what they use you may want it stronger or weaker mate
