Wish I had found this earlier. Lost about 12 ml's of juice because I assumed it worked like any other atty. Turns out it doesn't, make sure the cotton isn't showing when the coil is installed.
This link helped enormously, no leaks at all now.

been using 60%VG in these with cotton is fully exposed but keep getting burning sensation at back of throat, should i up the PG ?
they seem to wick fine but the coil gets dry.

Which of the coil heads are you using kingofswords and at what wattage?

My VG heavy liquid, with the wick holes only partially open and the air control closed down by about a third, is performing beautifully at 34 watts  . . . . . very smooth, no harshness at all.

If you up your PG then you'll only increase the throat hit/possible harshness, so I'd try a lower power setting first if you're caning that.

im using mainly the single coil 0.5ohm at between 17-22 watts depending how early it is in the day.

its homemade juice at around 57%vg with the juice control and air control fully open otherwise atty gets really hot.

im taking drags of between 2 -6 seconds but maybe chain vaping quite alot, that could be the problem.

also i only just made the juiceon sunday so perhaps it needs to settle
