I doubt its TPD compliant with a rubber bung in the the tank fill port. From memory there is nothing in the rules to say tanks have to be childproof, just nic bottles. They just need to be no bigger than 2ml and leak free. The rubber stopper should prevent leaks. So I see no reason why it wouldn't get past the authorities. I may be wrong as I haven't re-read the rules since they came out. |
