Worth a try to get a quick answer and see if that reduces the coughing.  I got the PG/VG the other way around 10/90 maybe a bit too far for the wicking to keep up, IDK not used these.  I can't see 20% PG being the issue unless you are PG intolerant, you could thin it with PG and if that reduces the coughing then you know it's not PG and can then try lowering the nic and or menthol.

Theres a shit load of cotton in those coils  It always helps to drip  juice into the coil and soaking it prior to fitting it too.

I've got the rba deck on the way from china so hoping I don't need to buy any more stock coils as there a pretty penny

All the above is the reason I ditched the tanks that run on these coils. The variation from coil to coil was horrendous. To be standard massed produced coils, they caused me some grief.

I only use the rba now. Its really good mate.
