More likely the CL bases Dave. Couldnt buy em in this country or china when the oled first came out dunno if thats changed. I kind of did a group buy and bought a shed load from Germany IIRC. Theres a cl base for sale on ebay from china but he wants £6+ each for em.(EEK!)

Thanks for the replies , got several rebuildable bases but they only fit the OLED not the VT , can't find one that fits the VT hence the hunt for discontinued OLED versions of the egrip

Ah right, I remember now the VT had the screw out 510/chimney pipe bit. Thats why the RBA dont work then. I never bought the VT after the OLED, for some strange reason I still prefered the original 1 lol.

Its a long shot but you could try drilling the top of an RBA out to the same diameter as a CL coil so the chimney pipe/grommet fits in the RBA. Or send 1 my way and ill drill it out for ya.

Cheers Blakely , Done that lovely fit but I'm back to why I don't like my VT one bit resistances jumping about all over the place . low atomizer one second fine the next , chuck it in old faithful & its works like a dream ......so still hunting for old OLED'S if anyone comes across one as losing old faithful is gonna be as painful as losing a leg when she finally gives up

Fears confirmed , VT not an OLED turns up today but good news .....it came with destructions on how I should have been resetting the mod when putting in a new coil , who'd a thunk it , well not me , so I have two fully working new VT's with the rebuildable bases so all is well in the GD household & old faithful has now been retired still working after a solid 2 yrs of service

I also have a couple of original egrips that are still going too. Cracking mods. I have 8 spare oleds still unopened, 4 egrip VTs still unopened and 3 original egrips still unopened. That should see me through a good few years And I have a stash of CL bases and CL rebuildable atties with a large pack of o-rings and seals. For MTL vaping when out and about I don't need anything else.
