What wick materials do you use?

Ecowool!!....Somewhere in a drawer at Gurnard Towers is some of that! Played with sleeving SS rope with it....WHAT a fiddle!....& then I could n't remove the wicks for cleaning without knackering the coils!....

Wish I'd only enough silica for 4000 wicks!  I daren't calculate how many silica wicks worth I still have ! 

I think I need to find another use for the stuff.... and also the SS mesh that I bought as a vendor, but which never made it to my site!

Yes, I think that a little silica or cotton goes a very long way..... (tooooo long!)
I wonder how vaping has affected those markets over the years!

You could knit a few AAEC wooly silica jumpers- hand em out at VF
