dorisjieyan There is a script in your website code that my antivirus flags as malware and prevents the page from loading. I'm not sure what the script is but it must have been added fairly recently as the site used to load fine. I'm using AVG antivirus.

Get Off My Cloud I just tried the link for the mod and had no flag on the site at all, perhaps AVG is not liking it but it might be a false positive.

Get Off My Cloud I just tried the link for the mod and had no flag on the site at all, perhaps AVG is not liking it but it might be a false positive. It probably is but i thought it a good idea to let them know it's flagging one of their javascripts. I'm not the only person in the world that uses AVG and it could be costing them customers even if it is a false positive. Unfortunately AVG doesn't give you the option to ignore the alert on web pages it flags as malware it just blocks the page from loading.

I've received the same warning/block using Avast dorisjieyan . . . . . so it isn't just specific to AVG.

Good day! @get Off My Cloud DaveJ Perpetua thanks for tagging me. We have realized it since last month, here is the post we made in our facebook group: After thorough checking in the last hours by our 2Fdeal IT team, there is NO JS:ScriptIP-inf[Trj] found. As per further feedback of others specialists and relative technicist, the AVAST is the antivirus program that could make misjudgments. It is said that this is caused by the hypersensitive Avast. You could submit the URI of the website to Avast for further and targeted detection. So far, many official and safe websites were being misjudged by Avast for existing “JS:ScriptIP-inf[Trj]”. Please try googling it for relative settings on Avast to lower the rate of mis-judgements. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach us and shop with confidence! We are here for you!

We are here for you! Well it's not just Avast it's also AVG. Maybe your IT team should contact both companies and ask them which code it is that's causing the antivirus to pick it up as malware. AVG doesn't give the option to report a false positive when an alert comes up as i mentioned earlier. I don't know about Avast but AVG does not give you the option to ignore the alert it just blocks the site loading and the only way round it is disabling AVG. I can't see most people choosing to do that and will just end up buying what they're after elsewhere.

Thank you for your attention. We realized it is probably because of viciously reports by someone else and becaue the hypersensitive of Avast and the AUG which may be the partner with AVAST on this. It would be helpful if you report on your end or add our website to the whitelist, this would help. If you are still concerned about it, you may take a look at Avast forum, there are many websites got false positive. If you have any further question, i would be glad to be your further assistance. Wish you a lovely day!
