Not Banoffee but I used to vape this and it was pleasant enough and not a big layout money wise if you don't like it.

Problem is NomNomz doesn't appear to do 18mg/ml that the OP is asking about ... think they only go up to 6mg/ml

Inawera do a Creme Brulee concentrate.

I have it and use it. Like many, on it's own it doesn't really hit the spot.

With custards or ice creams it works just great.

It may look daunting and I'm sorry if I made you feel a little uncomfortable. I did not know where you are at with the DIY game.
It really isn't hard at all though if you ever fancy having a bash. There's plenty of YouTube videos and all of us mixers on here to help if you wanted.
Anyway I hope you find what you are after
