Non-subOhm, preferably top fill.
Looking for my sis - she already has a PockeX, which takes those really expensive Utech coils. I thought the Nautilus X might be good, but it is pricey too and takes the same coils.
Any other suggestions - she is most definitely not into faffing, rebuilding etc

I suppose when I say leak-free, for the purposes of air travel...

Melo 3 Mini with the Triton 1.8ohm coils or the ECR coils at 1ohm, lovely little tank, top fill, mine has only leaked once and that was user error.
Cubis but only with the 0.6ohm coils as the others are pants, the 0.6ohm is definitely MTL not DTL even thou it is technically sub ohm.
Rumour has it that the Nautilus X has too much airflow for MTL even dialled right down, I was tempted ages ago but put off by so many people saying it was too airy.

domesticextremist - for the purposes of air travel, assume that all tanks will leak. I have been abroad a few times since vaping, and the only way to avoid leaking is empty all tanks and make sure you have a small bottle of juice for post-flight satisfaction, filling that empty tank once clear of arrivals. Also, make sure all air is squeezed out of your juice bottles and for added peace of mind (as all your juice will of course be travelling in hold luggage, save that little bottle!), buy some little ziplock bags (eBay is your best friend) and seal bottles in those. You will still get some seepage, but nothing half a bogroll won't cure at the other end!

Aspire and their crazy coil prices. I saw a single coil for £4.99 earlier today. w.t.h. is going on? Vaping is clearly too cheap these days so Aspire need to fill the gap.

Apart from keeping everyone on the tread mill, it is such a waste of resources and energy.

chykensaWell she claims to have had a good result from her PockeX, with only a little juice pushed out from the trapped air in the tank as it went up. Had she tipped it upside down at the right moment, even that might have been avoided. I'm sure that it is possible to design a flight proof tank, just nobody seems to have fully cracked it yet.

The last time I flew I took a Kayfun Mini V3 with the juice flow turned off and had no leakage

I am beginning to think that as mods and such have dropped in price they are getting miffed. Let's face it, if you can extract coil money every week off vapers that's more profit in a year than a scruffy £40 mod and £15.99 tank.

After literally minutes of deliberation, she settled on an iStick TC 40W and a Nautilus X (some people have money to burn).

Rumour has it that the Nautilus X has too much airflow for MTL even dialled right down, I was tempted ages ago but put off by so many people saying it was too airy. The airiness problem is easily fixed by changing the drip to a regular bore one. Aspire seem to be aiming to be the Apple of the vaping world by having proprietary connectors - their drip tip is a sleeve over another tube. Luckily, a bit of sawn off carto (~2cm with a mini tube cutter) fits perfectly, allows a normal drip tip to be fitted and partly solves the horizontal vaping problem too

This just in:
The Nautilus X survived the journey to British Colombia with no leaks.
More later...
