That happened to me when I tried to use the checkout with paypal option, however I cancelled that and went back and chose the enter your details option instead and once I'd done all that and got through to checkout it offered me the paypal option again and this time it went through with the 50% discount.

Went back and tried again snow, the discount doesn't work at all now. I get the message "customer information does not qualify for soulvapes discount"

Thats a shame - mine went through OK yesterday evening though its only a small order which came to £4 after the 50% was taken off. Perhaps if you email them they might reinstate it?

Not heard from them yet but just got this from someone else with same problem.
"Done it with PayPal. Need to ignore the PayPal button and input all name..address....etc. Then select 'pay with paypal' at the end and all good"

That maybe because it thinks you have already placed an order striker. Shoot them an email and explain things and this forum and they will get you sorted.

Just struck up a conversation via the online chat facility with the guys at Getvape. Seems I ordered from them in 2015 and as my email address was logged on their system I did not qualify. Never the less, they helped get me sorted out with some discount. Couple of flavours there that I really am looking forward to trying. Thanks for the heads up Rosco.

Can't complain 100ml of juice for £12.50 delivered next day......no brainer


They do send you the coolest emails as well to keep track of your order

I love their juices. Have found they prefer higher watts to get the best out of them.

Got my delivery on Saturday Ros. Been a bit busy over the weekend and this week, so not had a chance to sample, only sniff them. But they do smell promising. Customer service and delivery cannot be faulted.
