Anyone dealt with them at all? Should have done a bit of homework I think...one more day of waiting then I'm PayPal disputing...

Not personally but it's on my 'Vendors to Avoid' list. They order from China so there's usually a long wait and then no response when emailing them.
Hope you get it sorted though.

My friend ordered a Kayfun V5 and V3 just before the Chinese New Year. Shortly after the site went down and like you he was thinking of going to pay pal to dispute. The goods however did come through after the new year and the site is back up. Apparently it's a Chinese guy based in Austria with the company based in Birmingham. I would give him time since he his importing from China. Lots of other forums have threads regarding this business with a mixture of good and bad reviews.

Very devious. I've been caught out on ebay like this before. They pose as a UK vendor for exactly the reason you bought from them. Cheap and UK must be trustworthy then?
