Hey folks.... Is it always this way with squonking? About 4 months ago, maybe?.. I thought i would try this squonking malarky and see what all the fuss was about...so i bought a kanger dripbox with the atty that came with it, put my normal gennys to one side and gave it my best shot.. About 24 hours later, my gennies were back out and I actually sold on the dripbox and atty on eBay...just could not get on with it. The atty was crap...and i could not see what folk liked about this at all. Then about 3 weeks or so ago, I saw a Vt inbox with a little 16 available for trade, and decided to try squonking again... I have to admit that there is indeed something in this lark, and my poor old gennies are rusting away on the stand, and are feeling decidedly dejected as they feel unloved. Its not that I don't like gennies all of a sudden, its rather that squonking just suits me so well. I love the fact that I can just give a bottle that lasts me most of a day a gentle squeeze and forget about it for a while..and get great taste at the same time. Its just so easy, and I am absolutely enjoying it now, so much so, that its all i have used since i got it.. Even went to the extent of obtaining another squonk mod! ermmm..just in case Honest! If i go on this way, i can actually see me selling off a load of stuff i won't be using again, but of course will keep my best gennies... will never sell them all, like em too much. Even Eileen told me that she never thought I would not be toting a Genny all the time, she is as suprised as i am. I was told i would like it if i tried a decent setup, but scoffed at that idea, saying it wasnt for me at all...looks like it is now... So, whats your story, what brought you into squonking then?

For me it was curiosity. I tried regulated squonking with a rather nice DNA 40 mod built for me by windows but as lovely as the mod was I couldn't get the vape I wanted from it.
After some thought it dawned on me that I enjoyed dripping on a Mech rather than a regulated so bought myself a 3d Printed Rockmodz squonker.
I then realised that was the way to Squonk for me. The rockmodz has since been sold after getting a runt mini. Mechs and squonking go together perfectly. Simple and no board to get killed by leaking juice.

Ive always been fascinated by squonking. I thought it would be too messy for me but i knew id get one one day. Took nearly 3 years. And now wish i got one 3 years ago. I first bought a steamcrave squonker. And while it lasted i didnt touch any of my other mods and tanks. Then it broke and ft didnt want to help me so i ended being bought a pico squeeze by a kind fellow on here as a part xmas gift. Now i have 3 of them. Its vaping at its easiest. So dinky too. No wicking issues to worry about, amazing flavour as its a dripper. The internal bottle lasts me the day easy as does the battery. There cant be anything to dislike about it! Now im a full blown squonker and cannot see me going back to mods n rtas now. Im thinking of selling everything i have that isnt squonk related

First time I saw the word and before I even knew what it meant I thought 'have to try that'. Had not a great experience with my first box (a Kangxin) and then a few months ago got a dripbox - now have both one and two battery Dripboxes, the Eleaf, the Coppervape and (as a Christmas prezzy to myself) the VT Inbox. Love the flavour and it really works well as a mech, which, like drunkenbum, is my preferred option for dripping. I just love squonking and have to stop myself from buying more mods... However, has not put me off tanks, drippers or any of the other paraphernalia I like to fiddle with!

loved dripping but was sick of the action of dripping, watched a few reviews of reos and sunboxes. at the time it was really difficult to get sunboxes, so purchased a reo and fell in love, so purchased another 2 out of all the squonkers i have owned the pico squeeze has suited me the most out of all of them sure i have a few pics will have a look

Loved the flavour hit you get with dripping, and found Squonking returned the same great flavour without the hassle.

Bought my first squonker in 2012, mostly because it was made of wood, and have been squonking ever since. I am a vaping dinosaur and use mech ones with 306 atties. They really suit me as they are so faff free. Wish I could find more of them to buy, that are made of wood but are not a box shape.

Well, since giving up smoking for vaping, I've constantly been looking for a way to vape My diy NETs. ie. it's all been about finding the best way to vape the juice. I've given up on tanks & cotton wicks 'cos they don't work, Gennies are ok for a while, Origen drippers better for longer but mesh/SS rope wicks heat the gunky juice & leave Me with black, caramel-ised gunk. Squonking however, I don't need a tank, or even a juice well....the 'fresh' juice gets squonked to the wicks, vapourised & then gets 're-squonked'. I'm not sure wot the attraction of squonking would be for more 'normal' juices...or wot the point is when using fibrous (ie. cotton/rayon/silica) wicks. Oh....back to the original question....bought a 'Terminating Owl' squonker from FT a while back but did n't get on wiv the supplied RDA, or the subsequent Velocity. Then topped it wiv a L16 & saw the light!!! Ordered a CV & then a squeeze.....Perfect!!

I swapped an evil gennie hybrid for a sunbox m2 with an igo-s. I didnt have any urge to squonk, I just wanted rid of the mod I had! I've re-found my love of stainless steel mesh since picking up a nextgen, so all is not lost! I like the concept of squonking but I often get forgetful about squeezing bottle and end up with a nasty dry hit I think I'd need to use it a lot more to get into the habit of squonking I'm not sworn off squonking but I think I'd like to try a regulated mod with a 22mm bf atty. I have a hustar v2 knocking about so I'd probably pick one up some time and focus on sucessful squonking as I like the idea of dripper flavour with regulated power and large ejuice capacity

I started off about a year ago i bought a floris delfino dna75 from our Mr windows but couldnt get on with it so passed it on ohhhh what a mistake About 4 months ago got myself a pico squeeze and now im hooked, own several squonkers and on a few fb groups trying to get the elusive ones but not a great fan of the randomizer. The only thing i really struggle with is the right build, yes i know ohms law and battery safety but just cant nail the build for me but im sure i will. Great to see a aquonking section now been away so looking forward to reading through all the posts

Ooops, seems my whim for a regulated mod happened.......... Now, I have a Hastur v2 rda (hunted high and low for where the bl**dy hell I put the bottom feed pin = finally found ) but I really think it'll be far too airy for me. I have a derringer (which I prefer) so I think I'll be picking this sub forums brains on where and which bottom fed pin I can put in it, if they can be altered Oh Gawd, like I don't already have my finger in lots of 'vape pies' without adding squonking into it...
