Looking at the two choices, the second one is one to avoid Reading the spec, there is no method of changing the power settings You might be better asking whats in your budget with the following information Price range Vaping type (already stated mouth to lung) Normal power you vape at Normal ohm coils you use With that information, some might come up with tank and mod combinations that will suit you better that an all in one package

They are all about the same to operate once its set to your liking then you tend to leave them set at that. The info on that page says New ECML 0.75ohm Coil The new ECML 0.75ohm Coil will give you a great vaping experience with nice flavour, designed specifically for mouth to lung inhaling. As i dont use them myself i really do not know if this is true or not but i'm sure others will be along soon with more options and advice for you beautycat All i do know is its a very small set up with good reviews. I know marksixysix has used these tanks a fair bit so it could be worth asking him (now tagged).

Thank you @broadblaster,
It's all very helpful, as I don't want to make an expensive mistake, I have done that quite a lot in the past! icon_shoppingm

Isticks are normally bomb proof Plus (not looked at that model) they normally offer pass through So if you have it run flat, you can charge and vape at the same time

I would avoid CLOCC tanks like the plague. Since the tank is inbuilt in the Togo, that rules it out.
Coolfires come with Subohm tanks which are hard to MTL on unless you get the 2.0ohm coils.
None of the Joyetech SS 316 coils are any good for MTL except for the 0.6ohm which is low resistance but also low airflow. There is a 1.5ohm Clapton but I can't for the life of my remembering getting any taste at all from it.
There are way too many choice now. At least half aren't really choices either because they are total junk. Then most of those are intended for Sub-ohm.
I MTL when not at home. At the moment, the eGo AIO is working nicely (0.6ohm coil) and so is the Cubis tank (which I threatened to smash into pieces) also with the 0.6ohm coil. * I am not even sure these would work for you *
Trouble is, those coils are stupidly expensive bought in the UK, so I get them for £5 from China. I am categorically NOT paying £11.99 or even £12.99 for these.

The Joytech 1.5 ohm clapton coil is pretty poor for flavour djs, but it also spits like a bitch. Since my first bad experience, I've tended to avoid any Joytech tanks that require a stock coil, just don't trust them.
