Just wow.
I have a tendency to drop things :-( so decided to order some Vape bands. Just in case, better safe than sorry me thinks.
Placed an order for 5 pink and 5 black from UKVAPECLUB on Tuesday which arrived today. Instead of half and half I received all the same colour.
Messaged the company and within 5 minutes my phone rang and a very nice man apologised and offered to send me some black ones FOC.
Turns out I hadn't requested pink and black on my order (I also have a tendency to get things mixed up)
Customer care is fantastic. For them to put themselves out for a customer spending a measly £5.00 speaks volumes in my book!
