Just wondering what differences would be using stainless wire compared to kanthal wire in respect of ohms and battery life.
Anyone in the know?

Lower res will strain your battery more giving you more voltage sag, but it's the res that sets power on those so at the same res the two will start using the same power. But as SS heats it's resistance will go up about 20% so the power would go down 17% during the puff.

So stainless has less resistence..so would need more of it to equal the kanthal like for like?
Just wondering if stainless could benefit me more for the pico

With SS I would aim to build about 10-15% lower res than you like with Kanthal so you get about the same power, but the same res would fine. If you lower the res much more you will be vaping at higher power.
